Storytelling performance

What an amazing morning! Two children from each of the classes, from Reception to Year 6, stood up in front of the whole school, family and friends to perform their stories.

We were absolutely blown away by the creativity, imagination and confidence that all of the children showed. Each and every story was completely different and performed in their own way. We heard every sing word and were hooked from start to finish. We sat for 50 minutes, mesmerised!

Some children were very nervous but by the end of it, they were beaming with pride! Teachers were impressed by all of the children who prepared a story to perform. Choosing just two to represent the class was almost impossible but was done via secret voting by the children. We highly value this type of event as we believe that being able to speak publicly is an invaluable life skill.
