Years 1, 2 and 3 get Lucky!

The children of Years 1-3 enjoyed a visit from Lucky the Lion and his friends on Tuesday 18th September.

The children learned how, when and how long to brush their teeth as well as which foods and drinks are good or bad for teeth. Each child was given a wooden 2 minute timer to decorate as part of a special pack (which included a toothbrush and toothpaste) to take home.

Water, water!

This week the school were lucky enough to have a visit from Mr Paul Tingle from Severn Trent. He gave a very amusing assembly on the importance of saving water, which the children really enjoyed.

Golden reward

Children at two Stourport schools have been rewarded for consistent long term excellent behaviour and attitudes towards learning with some “golden trips” that reward their achievements in school.
